GSA awards agile IT BPA  
 
	The General Services Administration and its 18F innovation unit announced 16 awards under the first round of a new Blanket Purchase Agreement for agile software development services. Nine of the awards were to small businesses.
	
	The time from solicitation to award was a relatively quick 70 days.
	
	The BPA aimed to identify “agile, user-centered” software developers who can quickly develop prototypes, survey users and use open source code, GSA said.
	
	The small business awardees were:
- Applied Information Sciences Inc.  
- DSoft Technology Company
- Flexion Inc.
- NCI Information Systems Inc.
- SemanticBits
- TechFlow Inc.
- TeraLogics LLC
- Three Wire Systems LLC, and 
- Ventera Corporation.
