BIC MAC to follow OASIS
Second RFI coming in May
General Services Administration officials have started planning for the “OASIS” professional services follow-on contract, tentatively called “BIC MAC,” to go into effect in 2024.
OASIS (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services), with $35.4 billion in sales since fiscal 2015, and OASIS Small Business (SB), with $14.75 billion in sales during that period, have been very successful vehicles. Small business captured 42% of awards overall.
Initial planning suggests the follow-on would be a single contract, the Best In Class Multiple-Award Contract (BIC MAC) for professional services.
